POSITION TITLE : Sr. Accounting Manager
POSITION SUPERVISOR’S TITLE: CFO

AREAS of RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Establish and implement high quality of accounting practices and keep improving in order to ensure both internal and external financial reportings are compliant with IFRS, local statutory requirements and company policies.
?Responsible to standardizing, documenting and executing financial policies, procedures and controls in accordance with group guildelines and compliant with lcoal regulations.
?Responsible for monthly closing process and to meet all internal and external deadlines with high quality.
?Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to meet internal and external requirements, analyze and interpret operating results and provide value added inputs to management team
?Deal with and liaise with auditors, tax agents and local government authorities.
?Coach and develop the accounting team.
?Create synergies and improve accounting efficiency through standardizing way of working for both trading and plant legal entities
?In charge of accounting related support to various projects for example retail shop openning.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEGE (if required):
- Prefer from sizable FMCG or industrial international companies
- CPA, ACCA, CIMA or MBA preferred
- Major in accounting
- Knowledgeable of PRC and IFRS accounting and tax policies
- Accounting team leadership
- Fluent oral and written English
- Microsoft office
- Communication and presentation skills
- Experience in big 4 is a plus.
