職位描述
崗位職責：
- E-banking payment processing and approval.
- Bank accounts management, coordinate and support Treasury team to maintain and update signature cards and bank specimen. Make suggestion on unnecessary bank account closing.
- Validate required documents by bank for manual payments/receipts including checks, bank drafts, FX payments and etc.
- Closely collaborate with treasury team for payment planning, hedging implementation, cash management, cash forecasting and cash balance controlling.
- Properly manage BAD according to company rule, including BAD collection, discounting and transferring.
- Maintain a good relationship with internal/external clients and partners.
- Develop team members in professional skills and behaviors.
- Participation of projects on accounting system/process improvement and simplification.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by direct manager.
任職要求：
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Responsible, prudent, hardworking and can pay attention to details
- Good command of English and fluent in Mandarin
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- 3 years experiences in cash operation position
- Well knowledge in Import/export processes & SAFE regulations
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- The ability to work independently with minimum supervision, a self-starter
- Good team player with a positive outlook, can work under pressure
