Overview:This internal auditor will play a key role in auditing conduction and reporting preparation, with a focus on ensuring robust internal controls and transparency in financial and operational processes.Responsibilities:· Plan and conduct internal audits across various functions in alignment of established policies and regulations.· ****uate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal audits, and assist the implementation of corresponding optimization measures. · Prepare for audit work papers and reports for senior management review on a regular basis.· Provide timely, accurate ad-hoc reports for stakeholders on internal control and compliance-related issues· Contribute to enhancing the internal audit methodology and procedures.· Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging regulatory requirements.· Be familiar with financial ERP system and financial accounting PRC/US GAAP and reporting to ensure financial reports’ accuracy and compliance. Qualifications:· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.· 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.· Previous experience at Big 4 Accounting firms is preferred.· Holders of CPA, CIA, or similar professional certification.· Good understanding of internal audit processes, methodologies and tools.· Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.· Fluent in English, both written and spoken. · High professional ethics with sense of responsibility to maintain an ****ive and fair attitude towards audit work.· Detail-oriented, strong communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure in a cross-cultural environment
