Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Teacher with a strong **** in private or international education. The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, fostering student development, and contributing to the overall academic excellence of the school. Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning, Teaching, and Class Management1.Plan and teach classes in relevant subject.2.Submit teaching plans, PowerPoint presentations, class observation records, and other necessary documents as required.3.Maintain student behavior and discipline in class, reporting to the subject head or parents if necessary.4.Continuously support and improve teaching standards.5.Participate in regular administrative and academic meetings.Tracking, Assessment, Recording, and Reporting1.Assess and track student performance and progress, providing ongoing guidance for improvement2.Prepare, assign, and grade homework for students.3.Prepare tests, grade exam papers, and produce performance analyses.4.Participate in academic and research meetings5.Establish positive relationships with parents and keep them informed about their children's performance.Activities1.Plan and organize student activities, including open classes, festive performances, and decorations.2.Co-host events with other teachers.3.Support school-level, national, or international competitions as a coach and judge.4.Lead one or more extracurricular activities.5.Support student admission events.Required Qualifications & Experience1.Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in relevant subject.2.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in relevant subject.3.Strong knowledge of international curriculum systems (AP, IB, Alevel).4.Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.5.Passion for student-centered education and innovative teaching methodologies.
