Handle correspondence and ensure effective coordination with other units3. Provide support to the School promotion and strategic development4. Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to School Dean and Dean’s Office as requested5. Maintain accurate records and up-to-date filing systems6. Undertake other duties assigned by the supervisor and the School management.Qualifications and Requirements:1. A Master degree2. At least three years of relevant experience, or relevant experience on academic support in tertiary institutions for Executive Office (candidates with less experience will be considered for Executive Assistant)3. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and social media tools (WeChat official accounts)4. The ability to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of tasks5. The capability of multi-tasking and sense of urgency, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 6. Good team p**** with strong organizational planning and interpersonal skills.
