想在21世紀(jì)存活，我們需要的是新一代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，不是新一代管理者。這其間有重大差異：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者能夠征服環(huán)境，而管理者碰上這些威脅只會(huì)投降。畢竟我們周遭那些變幻莫測(cè)、動(dòng)蕩不安與模糊不清的事物，讓我們備受威脅，稍有不慎就能窒息我們。
