Job description:
- Review all documentations origin countries issued, ensuring accuracy.
- Work out related import documents for the clearance use within limited days, ensuring accuracy.
- Double check related certificates received from the origin countries, ensuring consistency with each shipment.
- Coordinate with origin countries’ windows for the clarification & follow up in case of discrepancies found in the documents.
- Maintain daily work flow sheet by inputting related shipment data for the KPI management.
- College degrees
- Familiar with international trade, logistics & supply chain knowledge.
- Familiar with SAP system.
- Solid skills in excel and other office related software.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of cold chain and DG goods.
