All teachers and other adults working at YCYW schools are expected to read and comply with our Child Protection Policy and Procedures.Overall De****ion:The HR Officer is responsible for managing various human resources functions within the school, focusing on staff activities, Expat staff work permit and accommodation, and other small functions.This role serves as a crucial **** between management and employees, ensuring that HR initiatives support the organization’s goals and enhance the overall employee experience.Major Responsibilities:1. Foreign Expert Certificate and Resident permit renewal for returning staff and dependentsFEC extension: Renew FEC for staff, online application, submit original documentVisa extension (working visa application)Renew staff and dependents visa when need renewStrictly follow the timeline, and ensure all returning staff and dependents resident permit renew on time and accurate.Closely monitor the latest policies to ensure that operational processes comply with policy requirements2. Expat staff accommodationRental agreement management: work with agent to sign the new apartment, prepare and check agreement content, sign the new and renew agreement based on school needs.Rental payment: arrange payment to landlord based on the payment schedule.Monitor the housing allowance reimbursementAssist teacher for apartment check in and out3. Staff activitiesActivity Planning: Develop and implement a calendar of staff activities, including team-building events, and social gatherings.Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement through regular staff activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.Budget Management: Manage the budget for staff activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.Collaboration: Work closely with Head of HR and other departments to identify opportunities for employee engagement and integration of staff activities.Communication: Promote staff activities through internal communication channels, ensuring all employees are informed and encouraged to participate.****uation: Assess the effectiveness of staff activities through feedback and metrics, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.Collaborate closely with the Headquarters HR team to enhance and promote employee branding.4.
