Job Deｓcription:
1.Management of large or complex projects
2.Define scope, time, economy and quality on projects.
3.Scope management towards the customer, and between the customer and the contractors
/ suppliers.
4.Reporting the status of time, economy, and quality
5.Ensure that the contractors / suppliers comply to the demands for time, economy, and
quality
6.Use of adequate engineering procedures and methods to ensure an effective execution of
the engineering process.
7.Attend to choose technical solutions and levels in agreement with the customer desires and
requirements
8.Secure the project is organized in the most optimal way through the projects life cycle.
9.Close Communication with clients and our organization, external consultants, suppliers and
authorities.
10.Ensure clear communications to project members, sub contractors and the client.
11.Secure Project executions plans are established and followed.
12.Manage Project Team to high performance through team building and similar performance
mprovement activities.
13.Plan resources, time and economy according to customers’ requirements and expectation
as optimal as possible and to secure fulfilment of the plans.
14.Be on top of the project from start to end.
15.Capable of manage both NNE Pharmaplan and the clients interest at same time.
16.Should be able to work independent, take initiative and be responsible for the entire
project
Qualification:
1.Master or bachelor degree in engineering ****.
2.Minimum 8-10 years’ working experience in project management.
3.Fluent in written and verbal English and Chinese.
4.Be familiar with project management disciplines.
5.People with experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech-related industry or design
institutes, will be preferred.
6.Project Management Certification and GMP experience is not a must but preferable.
