Key responsibilities :
1.Lead project teams in the full project life cycle development of application solutions.
2.Perform detailed systems and/or data analysis for various projects developing system requirements and design documents.
3.Develop and manage project requirements and specification documents.
4.Identify and involve key stakeholders in project planning while working with a team of business contacts, developers and testers to ensure that everyone understands the system design requirements.
5.Provide overall project management support from initiating and planning through project execution and closure.
6.Proactively assume the responsibility to ensure product being developed meets applicable standards and is of highest quality.
7.Take development efforts when necessary.
8.Identify, resolve, and / or escalate issues with Project Manager and customer.
9. Actively observe deadlines and deliver project results on time.


Qualifications and skills:
1.Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent or above.
2.5+ years of experience in IT industry, with minimum 2 years in IT project management, most of which with large scale OO applications, preferably PMP certification.
3.The Systems Analyst must possess excellent business and systems analysis skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills
4.Strong technical background (.NET , SQL,Oracle, XML/XSL, JavaScript, HTML etc) is preferred.
5.Must be comfortable in both project development roles and systems analysis skills.
6.Solid understanding of formal development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
7.Strong communication skill, good listening skill, good presentation skill.
8.Good team work is a must.
9.Work independently under high pressure.
10.Good English both in oral and writing.
11.Excellent ability of using Excel, PowerPoint for status reporting and presentation. Be able to address customer concerns through presentation.
