Job Responsibilities1. Be responsible for the whole process management of requirements for the global promotion project of procurement systems, including requirement collection, research, analysis, sorting, verification and implementation tracking, to ensure that requirements are accurately transmitted without deviation and adapt to the business needs of the global promotion of procurement systems.2. Connect with Party A's business departments and internal PM, consulting and technical teams, build a bridge for demand communication, clearly decompose business requirements, convert them into standardized requirement documents (such as PRD, BRD), and clarify requirement priorities.3. Participate in project plan formulation, analyze project implementation difficulty combined with requirement complexity, provide risk early warning and response suggestions at the requirement level, and cooperate with PM to control project progress.4. Cooperate with the pre-sales team to complete demand research, demand sorting and solution verification, assist in demand explanation in pre-sales demonstrations, and support customer demand ****ation and decision-making.5. Track the implementation of requirements, coordinate and resolve differences and changes in the process of requirement implementation, organize requirement review and acceptance work, and ensure that requirement implementation meets customer expectations and project quality standards.6. Accumulate requirement analysis experience, optimize the requirement management process, establish a requirement knowledge base, provide support for subsequent project requirement analysis, and improve the efficiency of team requirement management.Job Requirements1. More than 6 years of work experience in乙方 requirement analysis, with overseas project requirement analysis experience experience in requirement analysis of procurement systems and digital consulting projects is preferred.2. Proficient in requirement analysis methodologies, skilled in requirement collection, decomposition, modeling and document writing skills, and able to independently complete the whole process of requirement analysis.3. Have good Chinese and English communication and coordination skills, be able to accurately connect with customers in various regions around the world and internal cross-departmental teams, clearly convey key requirement points, and efficiently solve problems in demand communication.4. Have strong logical thinking, detail control ability and problem-solving ability, be able to quickly identify contradictions and ambiguities in requirements, and put forward reasonable optimization suggestions.5. Familiar with digital consulting business processes, understand basic technical implementation logic, can better connect requirements with technical implementation, and those with basic pre-sales support experience are preferred.6.
