Role Overview:
Based in the Shanghai office, you will work as part of the China marketing team whose focus is to present the company and its products in the best possible way and generate sales leads throughout region. You will work closely with the China Marketing Manager and the Content and Creative Marketing teams in China, Dubai and the UK to design and build digital social media campaigns that will be used to generate sales enquiries, brand awareness and credibility. The property market is fast moving and this role demands excellent time management and the ability to prioritise workload and deliver to deadlines. The role requires an enthusiastic individual who can not only come up with ideas but deliver on briefs efficiently and effectively, using his/her own initiative. The ideal candidate would be an analytical thinker with experience-within and an understanding-of a sales-led business.

Core Responsibilities
?Monitor SEM & SEO performance with agencies.
?Plan, develop and execute Select Property Group’s digital social media marketing strategy in China, with a clear focus on generating qualified sales enquiries and increasing SPG’s online brand awareness and credibility.
?Continually improve, manage and evolve SPG digital marketing channels including WeChat and Weibo.
?Identify, recruit and manage KOLs and partnerships for co-branded campaigns, from negotiation and content creation to execution and analysis.
?Ensure key sales messages and content strategy is effectively landed through various digital channels efficiently and effectively.
?Monitor and coordinate incoming WeChat enquiries, ensuring correct and timely distribution to the property sales team.
?Liaise with the local and global marketing team to plan and execute strategies for the local market.
?Manage the social media budget in line with monthly targets and prioritizing according to business/sales objectives.
?Regular detailed reporting and analysis across digital channels, employing a continuous improvement strategy.

?Fluent English and Chinese Mandarin - written and verbal
?Digitally savvy with a focus on mobile platforms, WeChat and Weibo
?Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within a Chinese digital marketing environment
?Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a skilled team
?Comfortable working with overseas team members in various different time zones
?Open minded, quick leaner with the ability to work extremely proactively and reactively
?Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the importance of client experience
?Previous experience in property, hospitality, luxury or investment-related fields would also be an advantage
