QA Engineer 質(zhì)量工程師（摩擦材料事業(yè)部）
Responsibilities:
?1. Quality Planning
? 1) Inspection plans of IQC,IPQC, FQC
? 2) PPAP&APQP related documents including FMEA
? 3) Procedures and Work instructions
?2. Quality reports and data analysis
? 1) Quality performance reports
? 2) Statistical analysis such as CPK,PPK,CMK
? 3) Failure data analysis
?3. Quality assurance tasks
?1) Customer quality requirement fulfillment and customer relationship maintenance
?2) Customer claims handling
?3) Align with the other sites in terms of QA activities, best practice sharing, trouble shooting, etc.
?4) Internal Quality performance monitoring, and quality figure analysis
?5) QA preparation for new product such as measuring methods/devices, PPK/CMK analysis, trainings, etc.
?6) Leading of quality improvement projects on tricky quality issues or value-added topics
?7) Plan and conduct process audits
?8) Support to the others departments in case of process optimization
?9) Management of Quality inspector/technician team(TEB, Forming& blanking)
?10) Quality training and quality mindset maintenance
?11) Support building up robust processes
?4.Supplier quality management including supplier cliam handling, supplier assessment, supplier audit and so on
?5. Other tasks assigned by QM

Requirements:
?Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or engineering related major 3
?More than 4 years of quality assurrance and supplier quality management in mechanical or material industry 4
?Knowledge regarding management systems according ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, QS 9000, ISO/TS 16949
?Good negotiation skills 4
?Fluent in oral English 4
?Proficiency in the use of automotive quality tools(such as 5 tools, 7 methods) 4
?Experience of foreign supplier quality management is a plus 3
?Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) 4
?Good Analytic skills 4
?Strict, dilignt and conscientious, high sence of principle and quality awareness 4
?With high quality mindset 5
?Good at communication 4
