職務(wù)：CSS Engineer 客戶服務(wù)工程師

描述：為客戶實(shí)施現(xiàn)場服務(wù)及大客戶的服務(wù)管理工作，要求具備良好的客戶滿意度意識和精湛的技術(shù)服務(wù)水準(zhǔn)。
職責(zé)：
1.能獨(dú)立承擔(dān)并完成HDS高端存儲產(chǎn)品的安裝、維修和維護(hù)工作，包括并不限于，硬件安裝、在線擴(kuò)容、微碼升級、配置變更、問題處理和解決等；
2.有良好的金融客戶服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能主動為客戶提供技術(shù)規(guī)劃和建議，包括微碼評估、復(fù)雜問題跟進(jìn)處理、在線擴(kuò)容或項(xiàng)目實(shí)施規(guī)劃等；
3.具備良好的客戶服務(wù)意識，包括但不限于:有效傾聽和溝通、問題分析及處理、文檔撰寫和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作等能力；
任職資格：
1. 計(jì)算機(jī)及相關(guān)專業(yè)大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)，5年以上的IT存儲及售后服務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有銀行和金融客戶經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
2. 具備HDS產(chǎn)品維護(hù)能力或?qū)I(yè)原廠的存儲技術(shù)能力（如HP、EMC、IBM等）。
3. 樂觀自信、有責(zé)任感，并有志于從事售后服務(wù)工作。
