Title: Admin Assistant & Reception
Location : Beijing
Job purpose
The role of Admin Assistant & Reception is to work closely with Hitachi Admin Team to keep the admin and reception routine on going.

Responsibilities

1.辦公用品采購：審核、統(tǒng)計(jì)辦公用品的品種及數(shù)量，根據(jù)需求制作辦公用品采購計(jì)劃，提交上級審批；
2.報(bào)銷工作：負(fù)責(zé)物流公司、辦公文具、名片、國內(nèi)外快件和機(jī)票等方面的報(bào)銷工作（每月做PO），整理好相關(guān)文件后逐級提交領(lǐng)導(dǎo)審批，轉(zhuǎn)財(cái)務(wù)部門處理；
3.機(jī)票酒店預(yù)訂：負(fù)責(zé)HR、Legal、IT、Finance等部門同事的機(jī)票、酒店的預(yù)訂工作；
4.會議室管理員：查看會議室和培訓(xùn)教室的預(yù)訂情況，及時協(xié)調(diào)安排會議室的預(yù)訂；
5.更新表格：各類表格的更新、制作（老板行程 / 中國區(qū)、亞太區(qū)人員名單的更新制作等）；
6.負(fù)責(zé)公司前臺接待及電話接轉(zhuǎn)；
7.酒店合同：與酒店方面維持聯(lián)系，關(guān)注員工反饋，每年審核酒店的合同并提交領(lǐng)導(dǎo)簽署；
8.運(yùn)輸安排：公司大型存儲機(jī)柜、電池、備件等的運(yùn)輸工作；
9.快遞/工資單/電影票等物品的發(fā)放工作；
10.認(rèn)真完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他事務(wù)性工作。

Profile & Competencies
1.文秘、行政管理及相關(guān)專業(yè)大專或者本科以上學(xué)歷；
2.一年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3.熟悉前臺工作流程，熟練使用各種辦公自動化設(shè)備；
4.工作熱情積極、細(xì)致耐心，具有良好的溝通能力、協(xié)調(diào)能力，性格開朗，相貌端正，待人熱誠；
5.熟練使用相關(guān)辦公軟件。
6.良好的英文溝通能力，流利書寫英文郵件
