NetSuite Technical consultant
Job Description
Gather and analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions using the SuiteCloud platform
Work with business units within the organization to understand needs and develop solutions for improved performance and efficiency gains
Develop customized scripts to improve and add functionality to the existing NetSuite environment
Create/customize forms, custom records, custom fields, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, and reports.
Document existing and new workflows and customizations
Develop documentation and conducting training for end-users
Develop and support third-party integrations (APIs) with NetSuite
Manage the existing NetSuite environment and identify new solutions to improve processes
Monitor, troubleshoot and correct production issues
Support third party applications and integration with NetSuite - SpeedTax, Pacejet, Valogix, DocuSign, Act-On plus future add-ons.
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Experience in a NetSuite Developer role
Experience with the SuiteCloud Platform (SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow etc.)
NetSuite ERP experience – with a strong understanding of operational processes in an ERP environment
Experience with integrating data to NetSuite via APIs
Experience developing web applications using JSP/Servlets, DHTML, and JavaScript
Experience with relational database experience (Oracle, MySQL)
Knowledge or hands-on experience with XML/XSL and Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, REST)
Software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
NetSuite Certification is a plus
Communicates in a positive and influential way
A bachelor’s degree desired.
