?Prepare the internal purchase order based on sales supporting document (detailed configuration, total price, etc.) timely and correctly.
?Input the order information in UFIDA system once all order information is complete.
?Delivery notice issue & system updated once goods are ready to pick up according to sales’ requirement.
?Work closely with DSM logistic dept. and sales dept. to ensure the goods delivery in time.
?Commitment accrual according to contract terms once order placed to DSM then updated in the system.
?Familiar with detailed “Order to Cash” process, can provide general idea to sales person and continually improve working process to meet changing business needs
?Actively Drives For Result. Encourage all team members to contribute their good suggestion on How to make our work more efficiency”
?Optimize all related working procedures, discuss with inter-department colleagues to work out a win-win solution.
?Assist to develop and prepare various management reports.
?Work with Finance team and sales team and channel manager to optimize credit offer to shorten DSO and reduce credit risk
?Build up functional Excellency by continuous process improvement and coach and upgrade current team
Job Requirement:
?Any other assignments that are seen as necessary
?Bachelor degree in any discipline, prefer Business Admin
?At least 3 year relevantly working experience
?Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT, Visio
?System testing or system enhancement experience is preferable
?Attention to details, task oriented with opened mind
?Sensitive to figures are essential
?Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
?Ability to interact with people at all levels
?Project Management skill would be an advantage
?Fluency in English & Mandarin
