SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY (State The Size Of The Area Or Responsibility In Its Functional, Geographical Or Financial Terms.)

1Ensure the accuracy and correctness of bookkeeping, and procedure compliance with US GAAP and PRC GAAP.
2Perform monthly closing and reporting, prepare key account analysis after closing, and settle up outstanding balance in terms of Others Receivable and Other Payable
3Monthly UFIDA and finance reporting system reconciliation and filing.
4Intercompany settlement & long aging IC balance clearance
5Accordance with corporate fixed asset policy to develop China fixed assets management process , perform fixed assets management & physical count
6Internal audit & SOX & FCA& PRC statutory audit support
7Build effective working relationships with other Finance business partnership teams
8Complete the monthly financial report and analysis to General Accounting manager/Financial Controller.
9Ad-hoc project support from Accounting and Finance perspective
JOB REQUIREMENTS (State The Type of Education, Experience, Competencies (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities) To Fully Perform The Requirements Of The Position. Identify core competencies, Leadership competencies and Functional competencies)
1Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field required or above
2Preferred candidate has experience in large multinational environment
3Strong knowledge of PRC statutory accounting principles and US accounting principles
4Minimum 3 years of work experience in multi-national companies;1+ years in GL plus
5Be familiar with ERP software and proficient in MS office.
6Fluent in English, both written and speaking;
7Team player, good understanding, hard-working, honest, responsibility, self-motivated and well-organized;
