Key responsibilities
- Manage or provide work direction to subordinates.
- Diagnose service level failures and understand corrective s being taken to prevent re-occurrence.
- Monitor manufacturing and distribution channels inventory and service level, set and keep improving inventory portfolio for both BSC and channels
- Partners with internal counterparts on: Deliver Consensus Forecast, including New Product Launch (NPL) Demand Forecast with launch strategy and execution Assess variations of monthly Commit Safeguard operations ives for the HPPLP (High Performance Product Launch Plan) Product Rationalization strategy and executionBack order
- Orchestrate the monthly S&OP process, prepare documentation and facilitate the associated meetings: Marketing handshake Manufacturing handshake Presentation material development.
- Partners with Global Supply Chain (GSC) on: Product rationalization (Phase in & out) Run monthly global meeting to update country business situation and ask support cooperate with GSC to optimize inventory portfolio
- Monitor supply chain performance (i.e. physical flow, al, master data, and intervene as required to ensure optimal performance).
- Achieve the key KPI of planning team (eg FA, DIOH… )
- Take project base on business requirement
- Cooperate with internal counterparts to make the business happen
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. federal/country and regulatory requirements).

Ideal Candidate’s Profile:
- Experience in relevant supply chain
- Bachelor or above
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to translate business strategy into supply chain needs
- Be passion, innovative and able to drive the growth for respective Business Units
- Ability to manage projects and multiple priorities
- People Management skill required
- Fluent in English
