Responsibilities:
Work with customer facing team to well understand customer needs on bio-manufacturing related downstream process development.
Downstream team management to enable the operational efficiency when project occurs
As the team leader, this position will work with scientist and technicians to provide the proposal , define and design application based test method, and ensure the foreseeable result and performance
Cooperate with upstream leader as a cluster to deliver complete solutions to customers
Support center head to achieve the financial goals
Pre-actively promote the center downstream capability and capture the business opportunities in the market
Prioritize the projects and people management
Lead team to provide downstream related training course and materials.
任職要求：
Minimum Qualifications:
Master degree minimum in chemical/bio Engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, Biochemistry or biotechnology or related discipline, doctor degree in above field is preferred.
5+ years of chromatography experience in drug product process development in pharmaceuticals/biotechnology industry
Good People management skill.
Project management experience with business mindset is required.
Familiarity with bioprocessing, manufacturing workflow
Fluent English skills in terms of oral and writing English
Good problem solving capability

Preferred Qualifications:
? Working experience in similar Customer Experience/Excellent Center as scientist
