工作職責：
?Provide technical support to all product related issue, including customer quality issues, production line trouble shooting, engineering change validation and implementation
?Support production start-up activities, prepare BOM, working instruction, test procedure, design process flow, and validate process.
?Verify engineering changes, coordinate and implement ECOs.
?Perform engineering uations and support detailed failure analysis related to our product to identify root cause of failure and prevent failure occurrence.
?Improve existing process through design of tooling, fixtures
?Participate in transfer project, set up production line and manufacturing processes. Solve the technical issues after new production release.
?Communication with overseas sites for product transfer.
任職要求：
?Bachelor, or above, Degree in mechatronical engineering, mechanical or relevant majors
?At Least 5 years relevant experience in process/manufacturing engineering
?Familiarity with Computer Aided Design software tools including Solidworks, AutoCAD, Pro/E etc.
?Experience on Lean manufacturing and Process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
?Strong quality /understanding, capable of regulatory knowledge (ISO, FDA, CSA, CE, etc.)
?Technically competent in troubleshooting
?Self motivated individual, possessed a mature and responsible nature
?Excellent communication and human relation skills
?Good English skill both in oral and written is essential
