The position covers the following range of activities:

?Understanding market threats and opportunities, market trend, customer insights and competitions
?Management of the complete product life cycle of IHC and related product range with strong growth potential
?Responsibility for the commercial success of IHC product (establishing the roadmap, management of the product portfolio, development of the business plan and price model and drive the execution)
?Technical and commercial support to sales team
?Product training to internal and external team
?Active communication and cooperation with multiple divisions
?National travelling activities

Profile:
?Academic study of Clinical Medicine, Pharmacology, Biotechnology or the other comparable subjects with profound knowledge in histology.
?2-3+ years’ experience in IHC products promotion is preferred
?Commercialisation - marketing and product launch knowledges
?Profound knowledges of the applications within the clinical histopathology
?Experienced knowledge in product management and sales of medical devices
?Project management knowledge and skill preferred
?Laboratory work
?Team-minded and dedicated
?Target-driven, flexible and able to work under pressure
?Analytically and pragmatically oriented in solving problems
?Fluent in spoken and written English
?Confident use of MS-Office-applications
