Position Summary:
Lead Sales Operation team to provide solid back office support to the front line sales team, optimize the practice of entire sales process and improve sales effectiveness for Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
?Support Sales team, work with CSR team to make order process smooth
?Help the team to conduct order status tracking
?SFDC opportunities management
?Prepare monthly SFDC utilization report
?Attend Sales forecast review meeting and provide supporting documents
?Attend regional sales meeting to enhance SFE concept and progress
?Manage good return and replacement process
?Manage consignment process
?Dealer inventory management
?Lead the team to follow up new dealer authorization process
?Work with Finance and HR team on commission, SPIFF and dealer rebate calculation
