Position Summary:
?Drive effective credit control and timely collection
?Drive timely and accurate AR verification and book-keeping

Key Responsibilities:
1.Continually improve credit control mechanism and operation procedure, provide quick and valuable credit advice in daily operation.
2.Prepare monthly AR scorecard, provide valuable data analysis, perform effective performance review with team and related commercial and finance business partner to recommend s to be taken, drive for result.
3.Maintain healthy work relationship with finance business partner and commercial team for preliminary advice, post remedy plan, driving collection to minimize credit risk and leverage business growth.
4.Continually optimize and streamline AR verification process, ensure accounting compliance and operation efficiency.
5.Continually improve team capacity, find and communicate opportunity to team and self for career development.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
1.At least 5 years experiences as leader of credit control, collection and AR accounting. Same industry is preference. MBA qualification is preference.
2.Good data analysis and assessment skill.
3.Good leadership skill, have passion, good cross functional communication skill, be self-motivated, be able to work under pressure.
4.Be integrity and team work and commitment orientated.
5.Have hands-on experience in EPR and credit control system. Credit control digitalization experience is preference.
