Responsibilities:
We are looking for a hands-on QA Manager to join our startup-like team based in Shanghai. The successful candidate will be responsible for
?Manage the software quality assurance test team. Including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring and coaching team members, resource planning and enforcing policies and procedures.
?Lead the software quality assurance team thru the development lifecycle of the core product line to ensure delivery of a high quality product.
?Lead the test automation efforts
?Work with multiple development teams to help establish, improve, implement and enforce standards, processes and procedures.
?Manage defects and issues for multiple and simultaneous development cycles.
?Participate in project planning and estimation exercises.
?Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and quality trends.
?Ensure the QA team is following best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:
?4+ years of web application testing experience and at least 2+ year being a QA Lead/manager
?Must have strong experience with formal software testing processes, creating and executing test plans and test cases
?Must have experience with test automation methodologies
?Experience working with Agile software development methodology
?Proven ability to engage senior mgmt. stakeholders on a project and business level
?Excellent customer focus and active listening & communication skills
?Proven risk mitigation and escalation management skills
?Positive and proactive individual with drive to improve and succeed
?Must have good verbal and written English language skills
?B.S. or MS in computer science or related subject.

Preferred Qualifications:
?Strong experience in Selenium Web driver
