Job Title: Internal Communications Senior Specialist

Responsibilities:
?Draft and edit contents for executive communications, including executive video messages, organization announcements, yammer posts, speeches, slide presentations and etc.
?Partner with HR team and other key functions/business stakeholders to manage change communications.
?Develop contents on corporate strategic business or cross-functional communication projects, such as business wins, career development videos, and etc.
?Develop and manage creative employee communications projects to drive awareness, connectivity and engagement around China.
?Support the implementation and coordination of strategic internal communications initiatives to ensure flawless execution.


Minimum Qualifications:
?Bachelor degree or above, preferably in journalism and communications.
?Strong English and Chinese writing skills, have a proven track record in writing for business or press.
?Excellent English proficiency (eg. IELTS 7.5+ or TOEFL 102+)
?At least 5 years of experience in corporate/business communications or journalism
?Detailed-minded, can-do attitude, quick learner
?Good interpersonal skills and a team p
?Willing to learn product/technology/market knowledge


Preferred Qualifications:
?Education in English-speaking countries is preferred.
?Journalism in English newspaper is preferred
?Native English speaker
