職責描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support and training to regional sales and distributors
2. Provide product technical information to support pre-sales tendering process
3. Create product development, product positioning and pricing strategy
4. Coordinate with R&D to ensure the product are suitable for the target market
5. Design competitive strategy and give advice to sales on international business
6. Collect and analyze marketing information and sales data to understand and meet customer requirements
7. Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars and to give advice on product promotion materials.

Requirements:
1. Above 5 years experience in IVD products extend and technical service, familiar with Hematology Analyzer
2. Bio-Medical Engineering or medical related disciplines
3. Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese
4. Strong interpersonal abilities, outstanding communication skills and clear logical thinking
5. Good people manager and team building.
