崗位職責(zé)：

1.負(fù)責(zé)手術(shù)機器人電控部分的總體設(shè)計，繪制電控系統(tǒng)的原理圖及施工圖、電氣元器件的選型、驗證，采購清單的編制與輸出。

2.為機械手臂和跟蹤系統(tǒng)設(shè)計基于FPGA和單片機控制電路。

3.集成電路板的設(shè)計和測試。

4.完成研發(fā)項目總監(jiān)下達的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)計劃，根據(jù)總體技術(shù)方案，實施產(chǎn)品控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計及樣機試制，并滿足相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

任職要求：

1.統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷，電子、電氣、自動化或機電一體化控制等理工科相關(guān)專業(yè)

2.5年以上電子工程工作經(jīng)驗，有嵌入式系統(tǒng)整體開發(fā)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮

3.掌握至少一類常見單片機和FPGA的設(shè)計和使用

4.熟知OrCAD或類似工具軟件，能夠單獨管理大型項目設(shè)計文件

5.對電磁干擾，電路穩(wěn)定性，電源和布線等有實際經(jīng)驗

6.能夠獨立完成項目：從概念，設(shè)計，測試，到生產(chǎn)過程設(shè)計的步驟

7.熟悉實時機器人系統(tǒng)，包括電機，傳感器，驅(qū)動等

8.了解CAN，BiSS等通信協(xié)議

9.熟練的英文表達能力，及英文文獻閱讀能力

Senior Hardware / Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities include:

?Design and development of electronics for robotics and tracking systems

?Verification and validation testing for safety and reliability

?Support and contribute to intellectual property development

?Work with cross-functional team including software and mechanical engineers as well as clinicians and marketing staff

Qualifications:

?BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent

?Real world experience in electronical designs, including PCB layout design

?Strong understanding of real-time robotics design and components, including motors and encoders, with an emphasis on reliability and safety.

?Experience with communications protocols like CAN, BiSS, and SSI

?Experience with documenting and testing electro-mechanical systems

?Team p with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Candidate is expected to have excellent English reading and writing skills

Additional desirable skills and experience include:

?Experience writing device drivers and working with ded systems

?Experience with medical devices, including testing for IEC 60601 and EMC

?Familiarity with FDA or CFDA regulations

?Start-up experience
