Overview:
The application team is primarily responsible for technical support for China region. As an integral part of this team, the role of application chemist is to provide technical support, handle the Demo and application projects for clients, demonstrate the solution to prospective clients etc. Waters is actively seeking a motivated individual as our application chemist, who would work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive the market using the applications and technology, and help to increase the business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the pharma business in South China
- Develop the solution based on the products, to meet the need in South China’s Market
- Handle the Demonstration experiments
- Demonstrate the total solution for prospective clients
- Integrate the Marketing and Sales tools to promote the products and solutions
- Train the sales team about the technology
- Visit and communicate with customers about our solution, based on the keen understanding of the customers
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure business growth
- Support installed site to help customers be successful, etc.

Qualifications:
- Master or Ph.D’s degree in Chemistry, pharmaceutical, metabolomics, health science or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Ability to drive one project independently
- Have rich experience about LC/MS system
- Ability to focus on detail while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
- Good web, Word, and Excel capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills polish written skills in English
- Passionate in learning high-tech science
- A team p and self-starter with strong organization skills
