職位描述

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing and developing the relevant parts of sub-systems or products based on the technical specifications. He/she supports Cross Functional Team (CFT) member in project to finish related project tasks. He/she establishes and shares his own technical advantage/ lesson and learn within the team.

崗位職責(zé)

Mechanical design and development
-Create mature design based on the technical requirements without major loop and generate the relevant documentation of the design to enable others to manufacture and test the product in production
-Implement tests and experiments to check and release a technically feasible design, perform engineering verification activities for medical devices, modules or subsystems
-Create the related technical documents ( 3D, 2D drawing, PTS and etc.) based on design

Play a role as a Cross Functional Member
-Coordinate the design tasks in combination with outsourced development work
-Maintain (technical) good relations with third parties like suppliers, knowledge centers, test labs, etc.

Establish local knowledge and technical data base
-Document and submit new ideas, concepts and inventions intellectual property (IP) as invention disclosure
-Share experience and lesson learn with team and create the relate documents

任職要求

Bachelor in mechanical engineering or a comparable combination of education and experience

3-5 years experiences in mechanical design in Research and Development department
3-5 years experiences in developing of molded and machined precision parts
2-3years experiences in pneumatic part, module or product design prefer

Professional Competencies:
-3D-CAD design tool (Solid Works highly preferred) and FEMA tools - advanced level
-Knowledge of IT tools: MS office, Skype - advanced level
-Knowledge of basic mechanics - advanced level
-Knowledge of pneumatic – advanced level
-Knowledge of material characteristics - advanced level
-Knowledge of molding part design - basic level
-Knowledge of manufacturing process - advanced level
-Knowledge of project management is preferred
-English in both written and oral - advanced level
