Job De****ions:To ensure the smooth and effective handover and working environment, Yona Li (AP accountant and GL reporting) will temporarily take over Sylvia's job, and new accountant will take over Yona's job. Therefore, here listed out the job de****ion for AP accountant and GL reporting.1) Responsible for AP accounting, prepare AP aging reports etc.Communicate with relevant parties to solve the supplier invoices and payment issues etc. on a timely basis.2) Responsible for general ledger accounting and regular accounts reconciliation and BS review etc.3) Ensure accounts and ledger of the company in line with IFRS and PRC GAAP requirement.4) Perform monthly closing and reporting tasks to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports in compliance with both Group and Statutory requirements.5) Responsible for fixed asset accounting, including monthly entries, fixed asset ledger reconciliation and physical management/counting.Support to liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure timely follow up.6) Support on monthly and yearly tax filing, communicate with local tax authorities if necessary.7) Ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager.Job Requirements:1) Bachelor or above degree in finance or accounting2) 5+ years’ experience in AP & GL in MNC3) Good written English
