To ensure that the product or service an organization provides is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both customer requirements and expectations. And also ensuring to maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the production facility. Plan, organize and manage to ensure that Production Management system is functioning properly.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:?Production Oversight: Manage the end-to-end production process for HVDC valves and cooling systems, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to production schedules.?Engage with the Operation management on strategic direction, prioritization of projects and ensure the production and deliveries to support factory and business targets.?Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality control processes to ensure that all products meet engineering specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.?Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse production team, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.?Resource Management: Optimize the use of resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to enhance productivity and reduce waste.?Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, utilizing lean manufacturing principles and best practices.?Production Planning: Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and project management teams to develop production plans that align with demand forecasts and customer requirements.?Troubleshooting: Address and resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, and supply chain disruptions.?Documentation: Maintain accurate production records and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Communication? Internal: Operation Management, Technical & Engineering Department, Quality Department, Projects & Construction? External: Clients , ISOQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor Degree in Engineering Minimum Experience:8 Years and minimum 5 Years as a Production manager / Leadership level preferably in HVDC/FACTS/STATSCOM IndustryTechnical Skills:Strong understanding of HVDC technology, valve manufacturing processes and cooling system manufacturing process.Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, EHS and etc).Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing production teams.Preivious experience in the High Voltage electrical equipmnets like HVDC / FACTS /STATSCOM production process. Capability to coaching, guiding execution structures to the team.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decisionmaking.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.?
