Supplier quality Management system1.Supplier quality system ****uation.2.Supplier process and system audit and provide guidance to improve supplier quality management level continuously.Product Parts ****uation:1.The responsible parts are certified according to the PPAP process to ensure quality.2.Follow up the whole process of certification as the business leader of PPAP and finish the certification work on time.Supplier Performance Management1.Be responsible for quality KPI of managed supplier, monitor and improve in time.2.Responsible for abnormal handling, ensure the continuous operation of the production line, initiate improvement demand for abnormal problems of suppliers, track and implement improvement effect, and deal with unqualified materials in time.3.Has capability to do parts risk assessment once parts happen deviation.IQC test plan Train and guide IQC team to carry out parts inspection to ensure high efficiency and accurate inspection capability for supplier quality risk management.Team managementDaily management, training, motivation and supplier quality team improvement plan.Working knowledge of quality /reliable tools (CQCS, CQCP, PPAP ,ISO, Six sigma, Kaizen, FMEA, 8D, audit experience, risk management)；Strong competency for issue resolution and risk management for component；Strong Communicate and Influence & Convince；Language: Fluent English both in oral and written；Computer: SAP, Outlook, Tableau, RPA or AI basic knowledge is better；Strong sense of business.
