一、課程建設(shè) Curriculum Development1.課程規(guī)劃與設(shè)計 Curriculum Plan & Design(1)制定教學(xué)計劃:教師需依據(jù)學(xué)校的教學(xué)目標(biāo)和課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),規(guī)劃學(xué)期、單元及課時教學(xué)計劃,確保教學(xué)順序與節(jié)奏可達(dá)成教學(xué)目標(biāo)。(2)課程設(shè)計:針對不同年齡段設(shè)計適合學(xué)生認(rèn)知能力和習(xí)慣的課程,運(yùn)用多樣化、符合學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)的教學(xué)方法與資源,促進(jìn)學(xué)生對于學(xué)科概念和方法的深度理解和應(yīng)用。課程設(shè)計同時需注重跨學(xué)科學(xué)習(xí)和雙語學(xué)習(xí)體驗。 (3)課程創(chuàng)新與優(yōu)化:結(jié)合課程實(shí)施的實(shí)際情況和教育行業(yè)的前沿實(shí)踐,不斷優(yōu)化課程內(nèi)容,持續(xù)迭代開發(fā)與教育理念相契合的課程。(1) Planning: Teachers are required to plan semester, unit, and lesson plans based on the Mingwan School's goals and curriculum standards to ensure that the sequence and pace of instruction achieves the goals of the class.(2) Curriculum design: The curriculum is designed to fit the cognitive abilities and habits of students of different age groups, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources that are consistent with the science of learning, and promoting students' deep understanding and application of subject matter concepts and methods. (2) Organize or participate in home-school activities, such as open days, parent-child activities, parent classes, clubs, volunteer activities, etc., to build a good home-school relationship.六、其他行政職責(zé) Other Administrative Duties (1)完成學(xué)校安排的學(xué)生活動看護(hù)職責(zé),包括早間體育活動、午餐及午休、大課間等。 (2)注意儀表形象,衣著整潔大方得體,言行舉止優(yōu)雅文明,遵守作息時間,準(zhǔn)時上下課,專注教學(xué)工作。 (3)遵循課程安排與教學(xué)管理制度,未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)不得擅自調(diào)整課程。 (4)上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)根據(jù)實(shí)際工作合理分配的其他職責(zé)。 (1) Complete caretaking duties for student activities arranged by the school, including morning physical activities, lunch and lunch break, and recess.
