核心工作職責(zé) Core Job Responsibilities:人力資源流程統(tǒng)籌與執(zhí)行(Overall Planning and Execution of HR Processes)??負(fù)責(zé)亞太區(qū)域各國(guó)家/地區(qū)人力資源全流程梳理,涵蓋員工入轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)離、合同管理、考勤休假、薪資核算輔助、社保公積金(含澳大利亞超級(jí)年金、泰國(guó)社保、印尼BPJS等區(qū)域特色福利)、離職補(bǔ)償?shù)群诵牧鞒?,確保流程執(zhí)行規(guī)范、高效。(Responsible for the implementation of the full HR process in various countries/regions in the APAC region, covering core processes such as employee onboarding, transfer, promotion and resignation, contract management, attendance and leave, payroll calculation assistance, social security and provident fund (including regional special benefits such as Australian Superannuation, Thai Social Security, Indonesian BPJS), and severance pay, ensuring the standardized and efficient execution of processes.)??銜接區(qū)域內(nèi)各業(yè)務(wù)單元HR consultant、HR 政策團(tuán)隊(duì),同步人力資源流程政策,收集區(qū)域流程執(zhí)行中的問(wèn)題,及時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)解決,保障跨區(qū)域溝通順暢。(Connect HR contacts of various business units in the region and the headquarters HR team, synchronize HR process policies, collect problems in the execution of regional processes, coordinate and solve them in a timely manner, and ensure smooth cross-regional communication.)合規(guī)管控與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范(Compliance Control and Risk Prevention)??熟悉亞太各國(guó)家/地區(qū)人力資源相關(guān)法律法規(guī)(勞動(dòng)法、社保法、個(gè)稅政策等),結(jié)合公司制度,制定并優(yōu)化區(qū)域人力資源流程規(guī)范,確保流程符合當(dāng)?shù)睾弦?guī)要求,規(guī)避人力資源法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。(Familiar with HR-related laws and regulations (labor law, social security law, personal income tax policy, etc.) in various countries/regions in the APAC region, formulate and optimize regional HR process specifications in combination with company systems, ensure that processes comply with local compliance requirements, and avoid HR legal risks.)??定期開展區(qū)域人力資源流程合規(guī)檢查,排查流程執(zhí)行中的合規(guī)隱患,提出整改建議并跟蹤落實(shí);配合公司審計(jì)、合規(guī)部門完成相關(guān)檢查工作。(Regularly conduct compliance inspections of regional HR processes, identify compliance risks in process execution, put forward rectification suggestions and track their implementation cooperate with the company's audit and compliance departments to complete relevant inspection region (such as cross-border transfer, foreign employee onboarding, Long Service Leave (LSL) calculation, etc.), ensuring compliant processes and standardized operations.)流程優(yōu)化與效率提升(Process Optimization and Efficiency Improvement)??定期梳理亞太區(qū)域人力資源流程,分析流程執(zhí)行中的痛點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn),提出優(yōu)化方案并推動(dòng)落地,簡(jiǎn)化流程環(huán)節(jié)、提升執(zhí)行效率,降低人力成本。(Regularly sort out HR processes in the APAC region, analyze pain points and difficulties in process execution, put forward optimization plans and promote their implementation, simplify process ****s, improve execution efficiency, and reduce labor costs.)??推動(dòng)人力資源流程數(shù)字化落地,配合IT部門優(yōu)化HR系統(tǒng)(在區(qū)域內(nèi)的應(yīng)用,指導(dǎo)區(qū)域用戶規(guī)范操作系統(tǒng),提升流程線上化率。(Promote the digital implementation of HR processes, cooperate with the IT department to optimize the application of HR systems?in the region, guide regional users to operate the systems standardized, and improve the online rate of processes.)跨部門協(xié)同與支持(Cross-departmental Collaboration and Support)??協(xié)同財(cái)務(wù)、稅務(wù)部門,配合完成薪資核算、個(gè)稅申報(bào)、社保公積金繳納等相關(guān)工作,確保數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確、對(duì)接順暢。(Collaborate with the finance and tax departments to complete relevant work such as payroll calculation, personal income tax declaration, and social security and provident fund payment, ensuring accurate data and smooth connection.)???參與公司全球/區(qū)域人力資源流程相關(guān)項(xiàng)目(如流程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、系統(tǒng)升級(jí)等),承擔(dān)區(qū)域落地相關(guān)工作,確保項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)達(dá)成。(Participate in the company's global/regional HR Relevant Work)任職要求 Job Qualifications:教育背景(Educational ****)???本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源管理、工商管理、勞動(dòng)法等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。(Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Labor Law or related fields is preferred.)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(Work Experience)??3-5年以上人力資源流程管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備亞太區(qū)域跨國(guó)家/地區(qū)人力資源流程統(tǒng)籌能力,有帶領(lǐng)小團(tuán)隊(duì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先,熟悉多個(gè)亞太國(guó)家/地區(qū)人力資源合規(guī)政策及HR系統(tǒng)操作。(Supervisor Level: More than 3-5 years of HR process management experience with the ability to coordinate HR processes across countries/regions in the APAC region experience in leading small teams is preferred familiar with HR compliance policies and HR system operations in multiple APAC countries/regions.)??有跨國(guó)企業(yè)HR服務(wù)交付相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、熟悉Payroll流程及HR系統(tǒng)(SuccessFactors)者優(yōu)先。(Experience in
