RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Responsible to the Plant Manager and China H&S Manager for the promotion of site Management System and the assessment of its application by all departments.
2 Develop and maintain Plant H&S Management System in accordance with Chinas, in liaison with Plant management line and China H&S Manager.
3 Drive plant H&S Management System implementation.
4 Watch and understand the legislations relevant to the sites activities.
5 Provide advice and support to Plant Manager, management line and employees, as well as safety subcommittees.
6. Monitor site H&S performance and report it to Plant Manager and China H&S Manager
7. Organize Plant Safety Committee meetings，attend Plant Management meeting
8 Propose annual plant H&S ****ive(s) and improvement plan, and monitor plan implementation.
9. Co-ordinate H&S activities within the site.
10.Conduct regularly internal H&S audits, Inspection and Safety Dialogues, take immediate ****s to correct unsafe behaviours and conditions. Help line managers ensure corrective ****s are effectively implemented, and are efficient on the long term.
11. Make sure that every accident and SER in the site is fully investigated, analyzed, closed out, and suitably communicated.
12. Propose site H&S communication contents and media. Provide ( & regularly update from external sources or e.g from the safety managers network ) best practices and skills in Health, Safety and Welfare matters.
13. Provide H&S training to Plant management line and employees, including plant level safety training to new recruitment, (policy, programs, tools, cultural elements etc… ) as part of safety culture deployment.
14 ****uate the safety performance of plant departments annually.

KEY SKILLS:
University. major which can be useful for other positions
5 years working experience in manufactories, with at least 3 years in HS management position in similar environment.
Good sense of sustainable development and environmental protection.
Good knowledge of China general HS legislation and requirements
