職責(zé)描述：
1、Design optics for compact camera modules and other scanning imaging systems for volume production and custom prototyping
2、Formulate, evaluate, develop and analyze new optical designs for use in emerging and existing products
3、Optimize designs based on performance, cost, and manufacturability
4、Guide and participate in the new product development process including conceptualizing, prototyping, testing and transitioning products from R&D to production
5、Support operations as a primary technical resource on all optics issues
6、Provide an interface between the R&D optical design team and product design team
7、Develop test procedures to evaluate optical performance of production optics and modules
8、Remain up-to-date on new and emerging optical technologies, and their relevance to future product development
9、Some overseas travel required


任職要求：
1、Minimum of Master’s Degree in optical engineering, or Ph.D. in a related field of study
2、2+ years of experience designing custom optical systems
3、Demonstrated ability to drive new designs from conception to production
4、Understanding of imaging optics and optical interferometry a must
5、Strong proficiency with optical design software, such as Zemax or CodeV
6、Able to perform optical component and system-level modeling and simulation, good understanding of optoelectroics and photodetectors.
7、Understanding of modern optical manufacturing methods and optical system fabrication
8、Hands on experience with building up optical imaging system, illumination system and broadband interferometer in the optical labs, and verification of the optical design
9、Proficiency with 3D CAD software, such as SolidWorks preferred
10、Able to read and understand relative English Literature and article etc. well
