任職要求：Profile for BI (Business Intelligence) AM

1Roles & Responsibilities:

?Daily monitoring of BI systems, including all steps in the ETL processes.
?Expect to drive correcting activities on errors and failures. This means interacting with other developers and technicians, as well as users, to identify and correct what went wrong, and verifies solutions.
?Continuously maintaining database artefacts like stored procedures, tables, indices, jobs, reports, cubes etc. to keep the systems in good shape structurally and performance wise.
?Assisting users in data investigation and data analysis.
?Participation in system development planning and design activities.
?Participation in operational and analytical process development, to secure feasibility of requirements. Also expected to proactively make suggestions, to promote effectiveness both of the processes as well as the systems.
?Shift is required. 1-2 days per week in afternoon shift (14:00-23:00 or 15:00-24:00).

2Competences

Must:
?Bachelor degree or above
?Demonstrated ability with operating systems (MS Windows, UNIX…)
?Demonstrated ability with ETL tools.
?Demonstrated ability with Qlikview tool.
?Knowledge of tier-one applications, databases, and data warehouses, such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, Crystal, SAP, SCM, and so on.
?Knowledge of scripting language.
?Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
?Have good communication skills in English, both spoken and written

An advantage if the candidate has:
?Comprehensive data warehouse analysis and design experience, with full knowledge of data warehouse methodologies and data modeling.
?Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices
?Strong ability to analyze user requirements and build front-end BI applications according to specifications.
?Architectural skills in software and information management
?Experience with data processing flowcharting techniques.
?Good knowledge of all processes supported by the business intelligence systems
