Purpose of the position
To do accounting daily work and ensure the data accurate, liaison with accounting manager to provide timely and accurate reports.
Responsibilities & duties
Responsibility 1 - Full set of Accounting scope, including receivables, payables and general ledger
Responsibility 2 - Maintain SAP transs and run AP/AR statement and manage the reconciliation with the customer/vendor as well as customer dunning
Responsibility 3 - Handle month end closing together with other team members including intercompany reconciliation, monthly reporting packages, monthly tax declaration.
Responsibility 4 - Support accounting manager on the annual audit, budgeting and forecasting
Responsibility 5 - Support group and regional projects to improve the system efficiency and company performance
Academic & Formal Qualifications
Essential qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Accounting
CET 6 in English or above
Desirable qualifications Certified Public Accountant
Work Experience & Skills
Essential experience At least 5 years’ experience in MNC
Strong accounting knowledge and experience in IFRS and China GAAP
Good command of English and Mandarin
Desirable qualifications Familiar with SAP or other ERP system
