- Developing marketing strategies and the tactical solutions for the responsible segments / brands by smartly applying segmentation, targeting and positioning
通過(guò)市場(chǎng)細(xì)分和定位，為細(xì)分市場(chǎng)及品牌發(fā)展制定市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略和戰(zhàn)術(shù)解決方案

- Creating and implementing marketing plans through internal training, customer education collaboration, key account involvement / projects
通過(guò)內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)，客戶(hù)教育合作，關(guān)鍵客戶(hù)參與項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)建實(shí)施營(yíng)銷(xiāo)計(jì)劃

- Provide key selling points according to product benefits and features to sales team and assist sales force to develop customized and effective messaging in their assigned territory.

任職要求：
- Bachelor degree, hearing major is preferred
本科學(xué)歷，聽(tīng)力醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮；
- Minimum 8 years sales and marketing experience in medical device relevant industry, Minimum 5 years related position experience.
八年以上醫(yī)療器械相關(guān)行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售和市場(chǎng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，5年以上相關(guān)崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
優(yōu)秀的表達(dá)能力和銷(xiāo)售談判技巧。
- Strong analytical and process skills

-Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
