Allegro MicroSystems, a US-based multinational semiconductor company, is seeking a full-time Resident Subcontractor Quality Engineer to represent them in China. Key Responsibilities:- Implement general Allegro subcontractor requirements at each OSAT- Work with OSAT for continuous quality and reliability improvement programs- Support assembly and final test operations in managing quality issues- To drive and work with the sub-con in root cause verifications, ****uations, and corrective **** plans derivation.- Conduct audits and support customer audits- Support ****ion and qualification of new OSAT- Communicate with customers - Support occasional evening calls with US counterpartsMinimum Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Materials Engineering or equivalent- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality role in IC Final Test manufacturing - Assembly experience is an added advantage- Possess good communication skills both written and oral in English and Chinese - Able to deal with all levels of management and staff- A motivated team p**** with analytical mind, good problem-solving skills, and project management experience - Good appreciation of auditing, quality system, reliability, and failure analysis- Willing to travel from time to time within the Southeast Asia region
