Good team management skills良好的團隊合作精神和服務意識，較強的溝通和抗壓能力.良好的團隊管理能力· Very good English skills in speaking and writing.流利的英語聽說讀寫能力Duties and Responsibilities工作職責:· Responsible for IE standardization system construction: including standard production capacity,standard working hours, standard manpower measurement system development.負責IE標準化體系建設(shè)：包括標準產(chǎn)能，標準工時，標準人力測算體系制定.· Responsible for the improvement of production line, promote the elimination of waste throughIE techniques, save costs and improve efficiency.負責生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的改善，通過IE手法推動浪費的排除,節(jié)約成本，提升效率.· Responsible for plant productivity improvement and production line balance control.負責工廠生產(chǎn)力的提升與生產(chǎn)線的平衡控制.· Responsible for production line cost, capacity accounting, analysis, and improvement.負責生產(chǎn)線成本，產(chǎn)能的核算，分析及改善.· Responsible for workshop production layout, establish standard working hours of manpowerand equipment, optimize resource al****, including production process、operation flow andlogistics, and improve efficiency.· 負責車間生產(chǎn)布局，制定人力和設(shè)備的標準工時，優(yōu)化資源配置，包括生產(chǎn)工藝、作業(yè)流程，物流，提升效率.· Responsible for planning the implementation of lean improvement activities of the company,establishing a comprehensive production and maintenance TPM system.負責策劃公司精益改善活動的開展，建立全面生產(chǎn)維護體系.· Other tasks assigned by supervisor.上級主管安排的其它工作.
