Responsibilities & tasks:?Create and maintain master data for SUZ Plant.?Master data governance and continuously improve our master data quality with global master data team and local team.?Work closely and keep good communication with Global Master Data team for data connection globally and problem solving between Plants. ?Project participation from master data view, provide master data suggestion and service for relevant project implementation requirement. ?Master data consultant for cross functions, coach relevant SAP users for master data basic knowledge.?Build standard process for lean, digitalization and other continues improvement.?Drive and lead lean and digitalization projects.?Facility team to do kaizen projects and strengthen Kaizen and workshop activities.?Create mature training, certification process and promote best practice to whole plant.?Cooperate with EHS management system (ISO14001 & ISO 45001) and implement in plant. Qualifications:?At least bachelor’s degree?At least 8 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry, with 5 years in master data side (SAP) and 3 years in lean, have project management is best.?Strong business understanding and logic thinking, business-oriented mindset is preferred, have an analytical mindset, and understand SCM processes and how they interact with business. ?Good interpersonal communications skill, proficient in both written and spoken English, ability to communicate effectively.?A good team-p**** with hard working, carefulness and accountability, positive and proactive attitude?Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.?Good analytical and problem-solving skills
