崗位職責(zé)：1.驅(qū)動器新產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)開發(fā)任務(wù)2. 維護(hù)和改進(jìn)驅(qū)動器已有產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)3. 分析競品結(jié)構(gòu)和行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢4. 協(xié)助制造部門處理生產(chǎn)、供應(yīng)商等問題 任職資格：1. 本科及本科以上學(xué)歷，機械設(shè)計等相關(guān)專業(yè)。2. 五年及以上結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，獨立開發(fā)過注塑，壓鑄，鈑金等產(chǎn)品。3. 精通注塑件、壓鑄件、鈑金件等設(shè)計。4. 有變頻器、伺服驅(qū)動器設(shè)計經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。5. 熱悉與結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)的各種震動，跌落，安規(guī)，砸球等測試。6. 有一定的創(chuàng)新意識與創(chuàng)新思維。7. 熟悉產(chǎn)品熱仿真設(shè)計和使用Flotherm軟件。8. 良好的專業(yè)英文讀寫能力。

Established in 1992, Boneng Transmission Co., Ltd specializes in the manufacture of mechanical transmission products. In 2005, Boneng Transmission (Suzhou) Co.,Ltd was founded, which marked the beginning of Boneng North and South Layout in China. In 2007, Boneng Transmission (India) Pvt.,Ltd was established in New Dehli, which made a first step for Boneng’s internationalization. In 2010, Boneng Transmission (Tianjin) Co.,Ltd and Boneng transmission (USA) LLC were set up one after another, and the trend of Boneng’s collectivization goes fast.
