職責(zé)描述：工作職責(zé)Electronic Engineer works in sourced product team on the electronic control module development. Involve in the new product de, to verify PCBA vendor’s design and process to guaranty the product’s quality and project can deliver on time. 履行外購新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中電子控制模塊的電子電路評審，以保證產(chǎn)品的性能及可靠性，及項目及時交付。 1. Involve in multiple projects at same time, to qualify the control module. 多項目管理，同時參加多個項目的電子控制板的審核工作。 2. Make the control module specification according to the project/product requirement. 依據(jù)產(chǎn)品及項目要求，制定電子控制模塊規(guī)格書。 3. ****uate the module cost from engineer’s view. 從工程角度評估控制模塊的價格。 4. Qualify the module design from vendors, and do testing from each sample lot. 審核控制模塊設(shè)計廠商的電路設(shè)計，以及對各個階段的工程樣機(jī)進(jìn)行驗證分析。 5. Review the module manufacturing process control, also the fixtures on the assemble line. 審查生產(chǎn)制造工藝及產(chǎn)線工裝治具。 6. Do testing according the standard, and make analysis report of the test. 執(zhí)行測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)/條款，分析測試結(jié)果。 7. Review and control the documents during the module development, such as DFMEA, PFMEA, Stack-up Analysis, BOM, etc. 新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中的文檔審核及管控，如DFMEA，PFMEA，誤差累計分析，物料清單等。 8. Following SBD’s new product development process. 能夠適應(yīng)遵循公司的項目管理流程。 9. Communicate with Project Manager, and feedback the progress of the control module. 能夠與項目經(jīng)理良好協(xié)作、及時反饋電子模塊項目進(jìn)展。 10. As project engineer for control module, lead the communication on the electric parts. 積極參與、協(xié)調(diào)與供應(yīng)商在項目上的溝通。 11. Can do business trip as required, both domestic and overseas. 根據(jù)工作及項目需要適時出差，國內(nèi)及國際。 12. Attend the global meeting, which may happen at not work time. 參加項目組全球會議，可能會發(fā)生在非工作時間。 13. Involve in some control module design works. 參與部分控制模塊的設(shè)計工作。任職要求：1.Bachelor degree and 3+ years’ experience on electronic control module design or product implementation for electronic assemblies. 本科及以上學(xué)歷。應(yīng)用電子、電子信息工程、電氣自動化等相關(guān)專業(yè)。三年及以上工作經(jīng)驗。 2.Familiar with the principle of circuit. Good circuit troubleshooting skill on manufacturing process problems and electronic assembly failures. 有一定的電子產(chǎn)品研發(fā)背景。熟悉電路基本原理，了解電子產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)工藝。 3. Familiar with PCBA manufacturing process. 會使用基本的電子行業(yè)工具，如示波器、電子負(fù)載機(jī)等。 4. Design software skill, such as Altium design. 會用一般應(yīng)用軟件，例如Altium Design。 5. Can read and write technical reports in English. 能用英語分析和制作工作所需文件。 6. Good communication skill and project leadership is a plus. 一定的溝通及管理協(xié)調(diào)能力。
