MBA as a plus2.Minimum of 8 years in sales, with 3 or more years in a management role preferred.3.Familiar with motors or rotating equipment industry, understanding of industrial sales models and distribution business models, and a basic comprehension of motor service business.4.Excellent communication and Coordination abilities, able to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.5.Strong focus on achieving outcomes, able to manage and deliver expected results.6.Bright personality and stable, can work under pressure, willing to communicate with customers, can adapt to frequently travel.????????7.Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new, challenging situations?.?8.Proficient in computer skill, especially in MS office, Power BI ,Sales force etc.????????9.Good in writing and reading, fluence in English speaking.????What’s in it for you? ?We empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
