But at ABB, you’ll never run alone.Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey ● Develop inspection checklists based on project technical documentation of project. ● Prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in accordance with product technical requirements. ● Conduct final inspections for product. ● Support customers in completing factory acceptance testing (FAT).What it takes to Run what runs the world ● Familiarity with national standards and IEC standards related to medium-voltage switchgear or relay. ● Skilled in testing methods and technologies for medium-voltage switchgear or relay protection, with hands-on experience in operating relevant test equipment. ● Familiarity with Lean or L6S methodologies is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. ● Fluent in oral English. ● Good communication, execution and teamwork skills. Strong quality awareness with continuous improvement mindset and ability to work under pressur北京中壓工廠最終檢驗測試工程師 ● 崗位職責(zé)： 1、根據(jù)公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢驗程序和項目技術(shù)文件，對成品進行檢驗和測試工作，形成測試報告和相關(guān)質(zhì)量記錄。 2、對于存在質(zhì)量不合格的產(chǎn)品，準(zhǔn)確、有效的反饋信息，并跟進不合格品的處理過程；對完成處理的產(chǎn)品進行重新檢驗，直至其符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 4、及時填寫質(zhì)量記錄并形成報表，確保信息的完整和準(zhǔn)確。 5、發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品、檢驗技術(shù)、安全等方面的改進機會。 6、按照生產(chǎn)計劃安排，按時完成生產(chǎn)任務(wù)，配合客戶完成工廠驗收工作。 7、服從班組管理安排，參與安全檢查、審核、設(shè)備點檢及維護保養(yǎng)工作。 崗位要求： 1、大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷，3年左右相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。 2、熟悉中壓開關(guān)柜或繼電保護相關(guān)國標(biāo)和IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 3、掌握中壓開關(guān)柜或繼電保護相關(guān)測試方法和技術(shù)，熟悉相關(guān)測試設(shè)備的操作。 4、熟悉精益或L6S者優(yōu)先。 5、熟悉Office辦公軟件。 6、英語口語流利。 7、良好的溝通和團隊協(xié)作能力，良好的執(zhí)行力，需要有持續(xù)改進的質(zhì)量意識和一定的抗壓能力。
