Reporting to:EL Technical & Design Promotion ManagerJOB PROFILE SUMMARYPlans and implements proactive promotional activities for the assigned target audience to create market demand and need for specific features or products. Builds long-term customer relationships and identifies and develops sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESCORE RESPONSIBILITIES● Implements proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.● Creates plans for target audience visits and conducts regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits.● Establishes and maintains effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits.● Ensures a positive experience for the customer target group throughout the promotion activities.● Provides customer support by responding to technical questions and performing electrical calculations for the design institutes and technical consultants.● Ensures efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques.● Communicates details with the target audience in accordance with ABB’s offering and strategy.● Conducts and organizes appropriate training interventions to educate the target audience on ABB products, systems, services, and offerings.● Manages administrative tasks in technical promotion processes and creates reports based on the organization’s needs.LICENSE TO OPERATE / CORE VALUES● Demonstrates ABB’s core values and group safety and integrity standards and acts accordingly.● Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area.● Ensures adherence to all relevant internal and statutory regulations and policies.● Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities.● Demonstrates an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application, reporting, and risks.COLLABORATION / LEADERSHIP● Creates a vision of loyal, committed, and long-term customer relationship(s) and implements the necessary **** plan to achieve the same.● Develops strong relationships with the key target audience and stakeholders.Requirement ● Bachelor or master degree, Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred) ● At least 3 year’s technical promotion/technical support /sales support experience in related industries ● Strong Technical competency with digital capability & knowhow ● Strong learning ability customer orientation Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity ● Result driven Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at team work.
