Standards Interpretation ● Serve as China RoHS CoE expert, thoroughly understand China RoHS standards and ensure timely implementation of new standards2. Mass-Production Product Compliance Maintenance ● Consolidate and manage all certifications for Beijing mass-production products (validity period, standard numbers, etc.), ensuring certifications remain valid at all times● Coordinate factory audits (Beijing tEMS), receive auditors, organize relevant departments for audit acceptance● Summarize factory audit reports, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive ****s● Manage certification database and tracking system to prevent expiration● Agency contact window3. New Certification Acquisition for volume products● For mass-production products requiring new certifications, understand standards, coordinate resources, and obtain necessary certifications● Plan and execute certification testing activities with accredited laboratories● Review test reports and ensure compliance with applicable standards● Troubleshoot and resolve non-compliance issues4. R&D Support● Ensure testing team conducts tests according to latest current standards● Provide compliance guidance during product design and development phases● Support product compliance domain expertise development● Interface with standards committees and industry organizationsQualifications for the role ● Engineering **** (Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field) ● Understanding of certification standards for frequency converters and related products (comprehensive knowledge preferred, but not required to be expert in all areas) ● Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial control **** or certification-related organizations ● Strong knowledge of CE-related standards, experience with China RoHS certification and familiarity with TüV certification processes ● Fluent in English: Speaking, Reading, and Writing ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ● Excellent attention to detail and accuracy ● Project management and multi-tasking abilities ● Cross-functional collaboration skills ● Proactive and self-motivated ● Strong written and verbal communication ● Ability to work with global teams across time zonesMore about us ABB Drive Products serves the industries and infrastructure segments with world-class drives and programmable logic controllers (PLC).
