Requirements/要求：
1. 年齡：28至40歲；28-40 years old；
2. 大?；蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷，建筑或土木工程相關(guān)專業(yè)College degree or above, Architecture or Geotechnical engineering major;
3. 5-10年的建筑行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；平屋面、單層屋面工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；工程師工作背景者優(yōu)先；5-10 years work experience in construction industry, flat roofing, foil roofing industry and engineering background is preferred；
4. 熟練運(yùn)用office等辦公軟件Familiar with office software，such as Excel, PPT；
5. 性格開朗外向，積極主動(dòng)，富有強(qiáng)烈的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)及積極應(yīng)對能力Good personality, proactive, willing to cooperate with others and take initiatives；
6. 善于溝通Good communication skills；
JD / responsibilities:崗位職責(zé)：
1. 參加展會(huì)推廣公司產(chǎn)品；潛在客戶拜訪；客戶關(guān)系維護(hù)；參加各類會(huì)議等各項(xiàng)銷售活動(dòng)
Attend sales activities, Promote products via exhibition; visit potential customers; relationship; conference, etc；
2. 客戶技術(shù)支持、反饋及溝通Give feedback about technical modification and any customerized request；
3. 客戶跟蹤及關(guān)系維護(hù)Follow and maintain customers.；
4. 訂單跟蹤及交付工作Follow orders and delivery；
5. 銷售資料制作Making sales documentation.
